But all motion stops when he reaches the inevitable mental block. Set within london inner-city estates the freerunner discovers that the hardest obstacles to overcome are the ones in his mind. Director Karen Palmer is the female traceur featured on the 'Outside In' documentary directed by Julie Angel.
